I specialize in Empathize and Define. We start by excavating the real problem (it's usually not the one you think). We define your goals, your pain points, and then I run off to my ideation cave. This involves User Research (interviews, surveys, data) and synthesizing it into Personas and a battle-tested Problem Statement. I get excited about research, and I'm not sorry about it.

I translate that wild brainstorming into tight User Flows and Information Architecture, quickly followed by Wireframing and High-Fidelity Prototyping. I construct comprehensive Design Systems to ensure every component is scalable and clean. This is where I find the shortest distance between a user's need and a successful checkout, and yes, you'll be involved, but don't worry, I won't let you ruin anything.

We measure everything , task completion rates (remember my 25% efficiency jump?), time on task, and error rates. I hand over the impeccably organized final assets and documentation you need to scale. We launch confidently, then we obsessively track the data so we can go back to Step 1 and do it even better.
